Bloom & Brunch — Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending Bloom & Brunch (“Event”), you (“Attendee”) acknowledge, accept, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement.
1. Event Organizer
The Event is organized and hosted by Hope Center DC Inc, also known as “Hope Center,” “Organizer,” “we,” or “us.”
2. Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, personal emergencies, travel disruptions, weather, or failure to attend.
Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 72 hours prior to the Event, subject to Organizer approval. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and include the full name of the substitute attendee.
3. Assumption of Risk
Attendee understands that attendance at the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, emotional distress, property damage, theft, or loss.
Attendee voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accepts full responsibility for their participation and conduct.
4. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attendee hereby irrevocably releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Hope Center DC Inc, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, speakers, sponsors, vendors, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to the Event.
This waiver includes, without limitation, claims arising from negligence, personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
5. Indemnification
Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hope Center DC Inc and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Attendee’s actions, conduct, or participation in the Event.
6. Health, Medical, and Safety Disclaimer
Hope Center does not provide medical services at the Event. Attendee is solely responsible for their own physical and mental health, dietary choices, and medical needs.
Attendee agrees to comply with all venue rules, safety protocols, and instructions from Event staff. Failure to do so may result in removal without refund.
7. Media Release and Consent
By attending the Event, Attendee grants Hope Center DC Inc an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to photograph, record, and use Attendee’s image, likeness, voice, and appearance for promotional, marketing, educational, and archival purposes in any medium now known or later developed.
No compensation, approval, or notification is required.
8. Event Modifications and Force Majeure
Hope Center reserves the right to modify the Event program, speakers, schedule, or location as necessary.
Hope Center shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, government orders, labor disputes, or venue issues.
In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased, less applicable fees.
9. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately. Hope Center reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the nature of the Event, without refund.
10. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hope Center DC Inc operates.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, Attendee affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
