We know it can be a little weird or even awkward visiting a church for the first time.
That’s why we created Plan Your Visit.
When you sign up for Plan Your Visit we’ll:
✅ meet you at the front door
✅ help you get your kids checked in
✅ introduce you around to a few people
✅ save you seats
✅ gift you a free hot coffee or tea at the Hope Cafe!
We want to make your first visit as easy as possible, and actually take time to get to know you and your family.

What’s church like at Hope Center?
Our Culture: We are a charismatic and dynamic church that loves God and loves to love on people! We praise loudly, dance and shout, respond to the message (vocally and physically), and engage in every aspect of the service. Literally, we clap and celebrate A LOT! We invite you to freely celebrate your heart out with us!
Length of Services: Sunday services (called “Hope Gatherings”) are approximately 3 hours long and you don’t feel it! From dynamic praise and worship to a powerful message, you can expect to be encouraged and empowered. Come with expectation and watch the time fly!
Party with the Pastors
Every first Sunday of the month, we invite our new guests and families to join us for Party with the Pastors. This is a time for us to get to know you and for you to learn more about us! You can expect a relaxed atmosphere with music, food, beverages, and tons of smiles :)

Got Kids? We’ve got you covered!
Hope Kids is open for children ages 3-6. At Hope Kids, our mission is simple: to see our children radically transformed through the loving message of Jesus in a way that is fun, creative, healthy, and safe. We are developing future leaders!
Our Guest Experience Team will help you get your little ones checked in. We can’t wait to meet them!
All other ages are required to stay with parents and be attended by parents at all times. You are welcome to take breaks with your child in the lobby area if your child is restless.

Our Pastors
Sergio & Franchesca Chavez
Lead Pastors Sergio and Franchesca Chavez are passionate about the Kingdom and God’s people. They desire to equip a generation after God’s heart and establish His Kingdom on earth.
In 2016, they pursued the vision God gave them for Hope Center. What started as 2 people with faith and a vision in the basement of a house in Washington, DC has now become a thriving Holy Spirit-filled ministry in Baltimore, MD.
The mark of Hope Center is the presence and evidential power of the Holy Spirit. The prophetic, healing, deliverance, impartation, signs and wonders flow freely so that the body of Christ is fully equipped and strengthened in their faith. Here, people from all walks of life experience God's transformative power, encounter His unconditional love and grace, and are both challenged and encouraged by His Word. Hope Center moves beyond the four walls - impacting our community to see it radically transformed holistically through Christ.
WE GIVE
We believe giving is a privilege for every believer. We get to partner with God and help complete the great commission. Your generosity allows us to continue to spread the good news for salvation, restore individuals and families, heal the sick, deliver the captives, and recover the lost.
